NGIGE:I'VE STAMPED MY FOOTPRINT IN ANAMBRA .from Charles Onyekamuo
Anambra State Governor, Dr. Chris Ngige at the weekend, took stock of the various road reconstruction and rehabilitation projects embarked upon by his administration in the last two and half years across the state, and concluded that he had stamped his footprints in the sands of time in the state.
According to Ngige, who spoke while flagging-off the seven kilometre "Uzo mili-John" road in Ojoto, Idemili South council Area of the state said there was no council area in the state that can claim it has not felt the impact of his administration in roads construction.
"There is no council area you will go to in this state today without seeing the footprint of my administration in the roads reconstruction project. Next week, we will be flagging-off another road which runs from Nkwo Nnewi to Nkwo Oraifite. It will be known as Nkwo to Nkwo road from Nnewi to Ekwusigo”, he said.
He said his road reconstruction effort knows no foes and that even his detractors are known to have benefited one way or the other.
"We are not leaving anybody behind; and even those in opposition are beneficiaries”, he said while describing the Uzo Mili-John road awarded to Consolidated Construction Company, ( CCC) Ltd at a cost of N450 million as a very strategic one which shall be used to decongest the ever busy "Afor-Nnobi" road in the area.
Note: I COULDN'T AGREE MORE WITH THIS OPINION BY GOVERNOR CHRIS NGIGE.THIS GOVERNOR HAS FOUND HIMSELF INTO AN ENVIABLE POSITION OF AUTHORITY AND RELEVANCE.DR CHRIS NGIGE IS BY FAR THE MOST PRODUCTIVE GOVERNOR SINCE THE CREATION OF ANAMBRA STATE.THIS IS A PROVEN LEADER WHO DESERVE ALL THE PRAISE HE IS GETTING.I AM VERY PROUD OF OUR GOVERNOR AND WHERE HE HAS MANAGED TO PUT THIS STATE.I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HIS NEXT PLAN IS BUT I KNOW THAT HE (DR) CHRIS NGIGE WILL ALWAYS "BE MY GOVERNOR".MAY GOD BLESS AND PROTECT A MAN WHO DESERVES PROTECTION.
sincerely,
Pat Ezeadichie (USA).
